Would definitely recommend this hotel. It is great value for money and has everything you need. My room was bright, spacious and clean. Everything in working order. The staff were all friendly approachable and kind. The location is a 5minute walk to ao nang beach and on the same road as all bars resturants and shops. Perfect location.

The lack of aircon in the reception area and resturant makes it a little harder to spend any considerable amount of time there. Same goes for the gym aircon it was very hot to workout even when aircon was on due to it not being strong.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast spread was decent with quite a variety. Shuttle bus is available to and fro Patong beach every 2 hours.

Thr front desk services could have been better. No welcome drinks and the staff serving us at check in just rattled off the important information e.g. time of breakfast, how to get from our room to the various places etc. It was as if she just wanted to dump the information on us and get us to go away. We also reached earlier than the check in time. Instead of giving us an available clean room, we were made to wait 1 hour for our designated room to be cleaned. During breakfast time, birds could also be seen flying into the dining area. The staff were not vigilant enough to chase them away. I spotted a bird feeding on a plate of fried rice a fellow traveller left on the table while he went off to get more food. As such, we do not see ourselves returning to this hotel when we next visit Phuket.

Bed super hard and uncomfortable, fans didn't keep room cool at all, so we were over heating all the time. I had stayed in other accomodations where there was no air conditioning and just a fan, and the fans did a good job of keeping the room cool, but here they really did nothing but move warm air around. We were waking up sweating even in the night, and I think this contributed to us being ill because there was no break from the heat. The bathroom light didn't work most of the time (it was very strange how sometimes it randomly worked, but most of the time it didn't). This made it near impossible to do my makeup for the full moon party as it's the only room with a mirror , and the lighting was dark in the main room too. You can go down to the sea from the apartments (if you're mobile enough to navigate rocks and uneven steps), but the rocks are very rough and spikey and you can't really sit on them as I hoped we could sunbathe and swim from there, but it just wasn't possible. One day we thought we could walk to the nearby beach by going over the rocks from here, but that was a terrible idea! Way further and much much harder than we had appreciated. So the only other way is to go via the road from the property, which is not too long a walk, but you have to go down (and up on the way back) an absolute killer hill. So steep that we actually were sliding back out of our sliders as we tried to walk up it! We were exhausted by the end of the 3 days. A few guests we'd spoken to had problems with snakes in their rooms. Luckily we didn't or we would have been scared to sleep! No cleaning was done until we needed our sheets changing because we had been ill, which we didn't mind until our bins were over flowing and toilet roll run out and drain in bathroom was clogged.
