It was self check in, which is convenient. Instructions were sent to my email and I just had to follow them. The location is very good, the hotel has nice facilities and it was super clean.

Two things: 1. A deposit of 600 zl was taken from my account, two days before even and as well the money for the property. I get that the property needs to ensure if there is any damage you get charged for it, but why was it taken before I checked in? and also it takes 7 days for them to return you the money. This was not clearly specified or not visible enough. I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned. It has been 7 days already. 2. The process of self check in was tedious and not super self explanatory, too many steps but I understand that are for security reasons, however the instructions can be simplified instead of 4 pages PDF :((((((((((

the room was clean, bed comfy and everyting inside the room was just fine except missing extra pillows, one pillow is not good enough, spare ones were missing.

I have requested two single beds, had one double bed. The location is very bad as gps takes you to the building on the other side of the road it is hard to dind the correct doors. Very thin walls, could hear people.in other rooms after 22.00. For the price it was listed, i would not choose it as a first pick due to the ammount of issues with service.

The A/C was broken leaking water constantly. I booked this for a couple who were first-time in PL and my wish was to make sure all was perfect. After they reported the issue, the hotel did not fix the problem, they didn't offer other rooms they just placed the tower on the floor under the A/C. Not a great problem-solving!

The lift will be nice, also no option for storage of personal bags after checkout especially when your flight is afternoon/evening and checkout is at 11 am

Wrong access code to the apartment (security staff helped us to access because he was a sweet man). Room was smelly once we entered. There was no bed, only a small uncomfortable coach which can be used as a bed but not by two persons at a time for sure. Only 1 blanket. Were staying at the property for 10 hours and didn’t have time and strength to solve all those issues. Won’t recommend the place.
