Room was very spacious for 2 people. We had 2 twin beds and 1 sofa bed. Very clean and comfortable. Location was great in my opinion. It was quiet and felt more like a neighborhood, about 20 min walk to Akihabara and about 25 min walk to Asakusa and Senso-ji temple. Very close to train and subway stations to take you to anywhere around Tokyo. Would stay here again if available in the future.

They do not allow luggage storage at this facility which can be inconvenient so definitely something to be aware of. The laundry machine in our room was not working properly so we ended up having to go to a nearby coin laundry facility. No extra amenities (toothbrush, razors, comb, etc) - this was not an issue for us as we had our own but be aware of this.

It is an old and classic hotel. Gives more space in the room than "budget hotels". Specious lobby area, nice restaurant with a view to a temple, friendly staff and an actual room key! :) There is a smoking area right outside of the hotel, which is a big problem for smokers in Japan. It was a nice gesture that they upgraded my room.

Excellent location and big beds with a handy kitchen.

No cleaning provided during the stay which meant the kitchen bin had a horrible smell by the time we left. Our son spilled some water on the floor during arrival and it was clear the floor had not been cleaned properly in a while as the wipe I used to mop up the water was very dirty.
